Lockdown land training (Zoom)

Tues AM 06.30 - 07.30 (Pilates and core strength work)
Tues PM 19.00 - 20.00 (Turbo)
Thurs AM 06.30 - 07.30 (Swim cords / endurance circuits)
Sat AM 07.30 - 08.30 (Land trainning)

Zoom details are emailed to club members and are on Faceboook.

 

The Club runs a programme of regular weekly training sessions in all three triathlon disciplines.

All senior sessions are all open to non-members but there may be a cost. In most cases there is no minimum requirement though please note the following:

  • We cannot accommodate complete non-swimmers
  • Cyclists are expected to be capable of riding non-stop for an hour and finding their own way home (our rides typically remain within 5-10 miles of Cambridge)
  • Under 16s may only attend adult sessions by arrangement. Please see our Junior Section page.

 

Senior Club Training Programme

Below are the sessions we are currently running. These change throughout the year depending on the season and amount of light.

Saturday

07:00 – 08:30 Swimming, Impington Village College
08:30 – 10:00 Swimming, Impington Village College
10:30 – 14:00 Cycling*, Impington Village College – *Unofficial session

Sunday

09:30: Running*, Steady run 60-90mins. Various venues – *Unofficial session; please see our Facebook page.

Monday

21:00 – 22:00 Swimming, Frank Lee Centre, Addenbrookes

Tuesday

06:30 – 07:45 Swimming, Impington Village College
18:30 – 20:30 Cycling, Chain gangs. Wilberforce Road/Adams Road. (Mid April to end of September).
19:00 – 21:00 Turbo Training.  Histon Junior School (November 12th 2019 until March 2020)

Thursday

06:30 – 08:00 Swimming, Impington Village College
18:45 – 20:00 Running: University Sports Centre (October – March).  Leys School Sports Field – Latham Road (April – September).

Friday

]19:00 – 20:15: Swimming. Impington Village College (October to May)
