Event Overview

This is a series of  three open water swim and swim/run events held  by Cambridge Triathlon club exclusively for its members.

Events start together at 7pm. Instructions, and race numbers will be issued at registration.

Formats;
Open water swim 1600m (4 x 400m laps).

OR

Aquathlon
Swimming 400m swim (1x 400m lap) followed by 3 lap run approx. 3km run around the lake within the park leaving your run kit ‘beach side’.

OR

Swimrun
Multiple alternating runs and swims typically totaling 600m swim and 2.1 km run

Location: Milton Country Park or Waterbeach.
Register: 6:15 to 6:45. (Try to register by 6:30)
Event briefing: 6:50
Start time: 7pm
Cost : £12 adults (book only via the club booking system, entries close at 09:00 on raceday), Juniors £5 cash on the day only
Age: Open from 14 + (children 14-16 year old will need a parent/guardian present on the night)
