We're always after new articles to include on the site - although they do have to be relevant.  These could be about technique (could we actually go faster without having to work harder?), or perhaps training hints (how to pack your Ironman training program into less than 15 hours per week) or write-ups of interesting races - the joy of your novice triathlon, or strutting the international stage as a GB age-grouper.

Club Roll of Honour

This is an historical record of significant achievements by club members going back to the formation of the club in 1985.  It has been maintained from inception by super-veteran and many times over GB age-grouper, Don Hutchinson.
